Bad Day For TDS Infected! California STATE Supreme Court knocks down Trump tax requirement for primary run

Well, well, well. The STATE Supreme Court of California pulled the rug from under the Democrats' bullshit on this.

Hahahahahahahahahahah. Its really, really bad when the lackies of your own Soft Dictatorship in the state you control even couldn't stomach your bullshit, Libtards!

California lawmakers’ attempt to require President Trump to release his tax returns in order to run in next year’s primary came to an abrupt end Thursday when the state Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the legislation, sponsored by Democrats, violated a state constitutional requirement to include all “recognized” presidential candidates on the primary ballot.

The state law, the first of its kind in the nation, “is in conflict with the Constitution’s specification of an inclusive open presidential primary ballot,” said Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye. The ruling came just 15 days after the court heard arguments in the case.

The question is will the supreme Court take more power away from Congress? If not then California case is a moot point.

Wat?!?!!?

Yeah.... what's your angle here with this comment BobD? The only thing with these tax returns that would be enlightening would be his actual annual income. Anything less than $200M per year and Trump is a loser. If he committed tax fraud he'd already be in jail. This piece of shit thrown at the wall has already slid to the floor.... it didn't stick.

That law seemed like the ravings of a demented child - but then the adults step in:

Demented Child (California Legislature): "Trump won and we aren't happy!! Waaahhhh!! You can't play in our sandbox anymore! Go away!"
Parent to the demented child (CA Supreme Court): "No, dearie, it's a public sandbox - you can't keep anyone from playing here."

Carol: Just tell them a story. It's what I've been doing since I got here.

Michonne: Why?

Carol: Because these people are children, and children like stories.

Congress has demanded Trump's tax returns the case has made it to the supreme Court.

This is about the CALIFORNIA Supreme Court. And the law that was overthrown had nothing to do with Congress getting his tax returns, but the State of California. Pay attention.
