The object is to finish the sentence "The super rich who are getting most of the tax cut will use it to..."

If you choose words like "to reinvest in the business," "to hire more staff," or "to repatriate money" you are so missing the point. To keep in the spirit of the original poster, the completion should indicate pure evil intent.
